We hope the year has been off to a good start! This week, we are kicking off the largest fundraising effort for Band Boosters and Orchestra Boosters.
The “Not just a Fruit Sale” starts today, October 6. This sale is the largest fundraiser done each year by the MHS Orchestra & Band Booster organizations, and the tradition goes back to the 1980s! The funds from this sale help us bring in guest artists & composers, purchase special instruments, and subsidize travel for Orchestra and Band students!
This year, we are selling a variety of fruit/combination boxes, sausages, cheese, chocolate covered nuts and City Tins! If you have family/friends that are further away, they could buy a Mini Box ($29) that gets donated to WayForward in Middleton or donate directly to either the Band Boosters or Orchestra Boosters.
Students who are credited with selling over $1,000 will receive $250 in their account to use for trips or solo and ensemble fees. This can be held for a future year’s trip but must be used before they graduate. If they sell over $2,000, they will receive a credit of $500. During the sale, if you have any questions about your students' order total, please contact the Band Booster Secretary at secretarymiddletonbandboosters@gmail.com and ask for an update.
The sale runs from October 6 to November 7 at https://www.middletonbandboosters.org/fruit-sale-2025. The funds raised are a big asset to the music program and your legacy. Thank you all so much for supporting our music programs!
If you have general questions about the sale, please email MHSBOPAfruitsale@gmail.com.
Much Thanks,
Booster Fruit Sale Committee
