FRUIT SALE FOR
STUDENTS & FAMILIES

About the Fruit Sale

The annual BOPA Fruit Sale begins on November 1 and ends on November 14. All band & orchestra students are invited to participate in this annual fundraiser that helps pay for the purchase of new instruments, instrument repair & maintenance, transportation to events, clinicians & guest artists, accompanists during competitions, and music camp scholarships. For every sale, students earn funds to offset their individual cultural tour costs and Solo & Ensemble fees. As a family member, friend or community member, your fruit purchase supports the students, directors and programming. Thank you for your support!

How do I participate?

  • Ask family, friends, neighbors, co-workers & teachers if they would like to buy fruit to support the MHS Band & Orchestra program! Direct everyone to this website!
  • Figure out how the orders will be picked up! Will it be you or your customer? It is preferred that you pick up at Delivery Day and then take the fruit to your supporters! However, if your customers would prefer to pick up their own orders, they are welcome to do so.
  • Fruit MUST be picked up on Delivery Day from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm on Saturday, December 11.

Where is the Fruit Sale?

  • Sales are online. Please check out the Order Fruit page to familiarize yourself with what your customers will see.
  • Delivery Day is at MHS on Saturday, December 11 from 8:00am - 12:00 pm.

How can families volunteer?

  • The Fruit Sale is really a "by parents, for students" fundraiser.
  • On Fruit Delivery Day families & students gather at MHS to help unload, organize, and distribute an entire semi-truck full of fruit.
  • To volunteer, please sign up with the Volunteerat the Fruit Sale Delivery Day link.
  • Students will sign up to volunteer at school. Please consider helping out. It's a lot of fun!swer1

Tips

  • Set a personal goal to sell 5-10 boxes of fruit. This will get us all started!
  • Remember that donations to the MHS Band & Orchestra Boosters and Middleton Outreach Ministry (M.O.M.) in lieu of sales is appreciated.

Thank you!

Thank you for helping to make this a fun & successful fundraising event!
